Error in Publication: It is agreed that the Solon Economist is not held responsible for errors in publication, unless a proof of such advertisement is submitted to the advertiser and returned to the Solon Economist with such error plainly noted in writing thereon prior to publication. The publisher shall not be liable for slight changes or typographical errors that do not lessen the value of an advertisement. The publisher’s liability for other errors or omissions in connection with an advertisement is limited to a correction in a subsequent issue or the refund of any monies paid for the advertisement. It is further agreed that in no case shall the Solon Economist be held responsible for selling losses incurred by errors in publication or failure to insert an advertisement. The advertiser assumes all liability for the content of all advertising authorized for publication and any claims that arise against the publisher.
Liability: The advertiser and/or advertising agency agrees to defend and indemnify the publisher against any and all liability, loss, or expenses arising from the claims of libel, unfair competition, unfair trade practices, infringement or trademarks, copyrights, trade names, patents or proprietary rights, or violation of rights of privacy resulting from the publication of the advertiser’s advertisement.
