The City of Solon has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Solon City Centre Development Project and (former) Fire Station Project.
A Request for Proposals has been prepared by the City of Solon to provide information on a proposed development project in downtown Solon for the area along the 100 block of North Street between Iowa Street and Dubuque Street, and/or the former Fire Station Building at 131 N. Iowa Street. The RFP is designed to provide any interested developer with a sufficient amount of information to enable submission of a proposal that would respond to the City of Solon’s expectations for the property.
RFPs are due to Solon City Hall by 2 p.m. Friday, August 7, 2026, with a mandatory meeting for proposers scheduled for Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 3 p.m. at Solon City Hall.
