The Beef Days Committee would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Solon community for its continued support of Solon Beef Days, as well as to the many groups and individuals who generously volunteer their time to make this annual event a success.
We are now accepting funding requests, which must be presented in person at one of the following committee meetings:
• Thursday, February 19 – Current Solon City Office (across from Big Grove)
• Thursday, March 26 – Lower level of the new Solon City Office (formerly The Avacentre)
Both meetings will begin at 7:00 p.m. The Beef Days Committee respectfully requests that funding requests be made in person whenever possible. If you are unable to attend either meeting, requests may be submitted by email to [email protected].
All funding requests will be reviewed, and award decisions will be made at the April committee meeting.
The Beef Days Committee is a true community effort, bringing people together to plan and support this popular two-day summer event. As a successful community fundraiser, it relies on the dedication of many groups and individuals—who also benefit when funding is needed for local support and special projects. Our monthly meetings are open to everyone, and we’d love for you to be part of the fun!
