Solon High School seniors, including Madelyn Pauley, met kindergarteners from Lakeview Elementary School (including Reese Bunkers, second from left) at the 50-yard line Friday, October 10 before the start of the varsity football game on Senior Night for “Passing the Torch.” The relatively new tradition brings the two age groups together, allowing seniors to realize how far they’ve come, and giving the youngsters a glimpse of what their future selves may look like.
