Please note the limit of one wooden butterfly house per household, and bring a small teacup or bowl to build your bee house in.
Teen Tuesdays at 2:00 p.m. are for 6th-12th graders! Tuesday, July 23 we’re bringing back the favorite of last year…Recycled Art! Let’s get wacky and creative as we create Frankentoys, make sock monkeys, and more.
Tease your brain with our quarterly Trivia Night! Friday, July 26 registered teams will compete in four rounds of questions loosely themed around our summer reading program theme, Read, Renew, Repeat! Teams of no more than six are able to register on our website calendar or at the Library. Don’t forget to visit the Library early to check out up to five books to use as reference during play. Teams are welcome to bring snacks and make it a fun night with friends! Play begins at 6:30 p.m. so be sure to arrive a few minutes early to get settled with your team.
To close out our summer of incredible programs and guests, we’re excited to share Dinosaurs at Dusk Thursday, August 1 at 5:30 p.m. We’ll enjoy a large variety of wooden dinosaurs from the Jack Neuzil collection on the Library patio and lawn. Friends can read a book with their favorite dinosaur, get creative with crafts, and enjoy sensory play.
