MANCHESTER — The varsity girls improved to 6-6 overall and 4-5 in the WaMaC East after falling 2-0 to WaMaC West rival Clear Creek Amana in the Clippers’ home port in Tiffin Tuesday, April 30 and shutting out West Delaware 10-0 Thursday, May 1.
Addi Greene scored four times against the Hawks, putting in Solon’s first goal off of an assist from Silvie Hendricks. Rose McAtee scored, also with an assist from Hendricks as did Laney Johnson. Tali Radcliffe bombed the Hawks with an assist from Johnson while Sofia Ortega had a solo shot to score. The Hawks committed one own goal as well.
