WEST BRANCH — Solon boys took seven of the top-ten spots on the leaderboard last Thursday, April 25 in the West Branch Invitational held at the Cedars Edge Golf Course. The Spartans won the meet with 311 followed by West Liberty (340), West Branch (343), Solon JV (343), and Clear Creek Amana (375).
Isaiah Zoske medaled with 71, Jack McCarty (79), Gehrig Turner (80), and Brennan Heesch (81) were third-through-fifth, Brady Evers (82) was seventh, and Jack Irwin and Tyler Greazel tied for ninth (85).
Also hitting the links for Solon were Garret Stebral (86), Nolan Seagren (88), Jackson Messenger (90), Brent Werner (92), Nick Stahle (94), Grant Gordon (95), Cole Buffington (95), Teague Williams (101), and Brady Wick (103).
