SOLON — Williamsburg and South Tama were on the schedule last week for varsity soccer, which saw the Spartans drop to 3-6 overall after a pair of losses.
The Williamsburg Raiders visited Tuesday and took a 5-1 win. Eli Freerks scored Solon’s goal in a match that saw three shots on goal from Freerks, Tucker Spence, and Ryan Locke. Zander Stookey made six saves while allowing five Raider goals.
Friday, the Spartans traveled to South Tama and fell 3-0.
