Do you have questions about your medications? Or old medications you want to destroy?
Pharmacists and students from the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy will be at the Solon United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall Saturday, March 30, 9:00-noon. They can answer your questions, help you make a medication list for your wallet/purse, destroy unused medications, and give you a free pill planner to help you remember to take your meds on time.
Chair Yoga at the Solon Public Library
Mondays 12:30-1:30 p.m. and Wednesdays 10-11:00 a.m. with Coffee and Conversations Wednesdays 9-10:00 a.m. Come join the free class at the Library. Feel stronger, more balanced, and flexible. Better balance can prevent falls!

Now available – Dean’s Dream: The Solon Hardware Story
Solon filmmaker Barry Sharp shares this documentary about the impact of “Dean’s Dream,” and the Solon Hardware Store on the community it has served. Dean Trump and his wife Carolyn opened the Solon Hardware Store in 1975. While Dean passed away in 1996, Carolyn has kept his dream alive throughout the years. The film is being shared for the public to view with thanks to Barry Sharp and the Solon Public Library.
