IOWA CITY — Johnson County state legislators will share their ideas and answer questions at a forum hosted by the League of Women Voters of Johnson County (LWVJC), Saturday, January 27 at the Iowa City Senior Center, 28 S. Linn St., Iowa City from 9:30-11:30 a.m.
This first forum during the 2024 Legislative session will focus on education and offers constituents a great opportunity to hear from their state lawmakers and ask them questions directly.
This is the first of three forums scheduled during this 2024 Legislative session. The second forum is scheduled for February 24 and will focus on healthcare. The third forum is scheduled for March 30 with a focus on public safety. All forums are open to the public.

All Johnson County state legislators – Senator Dawn Driscoll, Senator Zach Wahls, Senator Janice Weiner, Representative Heather Hora, Representative Dave Jacoby, Representative Elinor Levin, Representative Amy Nielsen, Representative Brad Sherman, and Representative Adam Zabner, have been invited to attend.
League members will moderate the forum and accept questions from the audience.
