Coach’s comments
“The girls wrestled well as we continue to improve each week,” said Coach Jake Munson. “The girls wrestled particularly well in our dual loss against South Tama as we continue to emphasize effort and improvement on the mat versus wins and losses. We had two girls new to the sport of wrestling this season (Makayla Keller and Lucy Miller) both earn victories for us on the varsity level. Both of these girls continue to work hard in the practice room and on the competition mat and it has been awesome to see the progress they’ve made this season.”
