SOLON — The Spartan Pep Band performed last Friday at a varsity girl-boy basketball doubleheader and invited parents, alumni, and even teachers to brush the dust off their instruments and join in. While the band did their usual pregame and halftime performances, many among them donned Christmas sweaters, Santa Claus hats, and even a string of Christmas tree lights.
