IOWA CITY — The Iowa City Area Association of REALTORS® hosted its annual Inaugural Banquet and Awards Ceremony October 12 at The North End Zone in Kinnick Stadium. This event marked the inauguration of the 2024 Board of Directors and the 2024 President of ICAAR, and also provided an opportunity to award some of the most successful and dedicated REALTORS® in our community.
Paul Park with Lepic-Kroeger REALTORS® officially became the Immediate Past President of ICAAR, while Tyler Riddle of Lepic-Kroeger REALTORS® steps into his new role as President of ICAAR. Riddle kickstarted his presidency with a speech about how REALTORS® are called to serve our community, and congratulated our dedicated members for the many accomplishments they have to show for this past year.
Jenna Poch, Edge Realty Group, Jamie Venzon, Lepic-Kroeger REALTORS®, and Tim Lehman, Edge Realty Group step into their roles as new Directors on the Board of Directors.
