Solon Middle School’s eighth grade volleyball teams recently wrapped up the 2023 season with the ‘A’ Team going undefeated for the second year in a row.
“The season went great,” said Coach Kate Harkey. “We beat CCA and Williamsburg! And there were multiple games that all levels (A, B, and C) swept the other team. Each girl was able to grow in a skill, and there were friendships made between each other.” The ‘C’ Team had some initial losses, but Coach Lauren O’Neil noted they, “improved dramatically over the season and won several of the last few games.”
