Building Permits
Are you planning a home improvement project such as adding a swimming pool, remodeling a kitchen, finishing a basement or adding a fence or accessory structure to your property, such as a shed? Please contact City Hall at 624-3755 to see if your project will require a building permit.
Help Keep
Sidewalks Clear
The City of Solon Ordinances does not allow vehicle parking over sidewalks, AND sidewalks must be kept clear from bushes and tree overhang for pedestrian safety.
Burn Ordinance
Burning is allowed on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays April 1 through May 25 and October 1 through Nov. 25 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Landscape waste only.
