SOLON — The Solon Public Library hosts weekly BAM POW events on Thursdays in conjunction with the school district’s early-out days. On Thursday, Sept. 21 the them was Make It: Clay Creature with participants using modeling clay to make their own colorful creatures.
BAM POW events offer students in 1st through 8th grades a variety of programs focusing on science, art, games, and more, and run from 1:45-2:45 p.m.

Outside of program hours kids under the age of ten must be accompanied by a caregiver at least 11 years old.
There is no staff supervision of children outside the library.
