Farmer’s Market
Farmer’s Market is held on Wednesday afternoon from 4-6:00 p.m. through October 4 next to the Main Street gazebo.
Burn Ordinance
Burning is allowed on Tuesday, Thursdays and Saturdays April 1 through May 25 and Oct. 1 through Nov. 25 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Landscape waste only.

Swimming Pools
All in-ground swimming pools require a building permit. Above-ground swimming pools also require a building permit if more than 24 inches deep. A fence is also required in most circumstances. More information on pool requirements can be found on FAQs at www.solon-iowa.com
