2023 Healthy Aging Fair
Save the date for the 2023 Healthy Aging Fair on Friday, Sept. 22 at the Kirkwood Regional Center, 2301 Oakdale Blvd., Coralville. There will be over 40 resource displays highlighting services for older adults, Tai Chi demonstrations, flu shots, health screenings, refreshments, and much more.

Chair Yoga
Come join the FREE class at the Solon Public Library Mondays at 12:30 p.m. and Wednesdays at 10:00 am. Feel stronger, more balanced, and flexible. Better balance can prevent falls!

Zumba: Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9-10:00 a.m. at the Community Center, 313 S. Iowa St. Cost $1.
