VAN HORNE — The varsity boys won Benton Community’s golf triangular Monday, April 24 and set a new school record with a team total of 143. West Delaware took second with 160 while the host Bobcats put up 180 for the afternoon.
Brennan Heesch medaled with 34 while Mac McCarty was the runner up with 35. McCarty tied with Isaiah Zoske. Quinton Heineman (39), and Sean Stahle and Jack McCarty (41 each) rounded out the varsity scoring.
