The Solon Parks and Recreation Department will start a Junior Hoopers youth basketball program Saturday, Jan. 28.
The program, geared for kindergartners, will run for five weeks (ends Feb. 25) from noon to 1:00 p.m. at the Solon Community Center with practices the first two weeks of the season followed by three weeks of practice and games.
