SOLON — The Solon Public Library hosted a Noon Year’s Eve event Saturday, Dec. 31 at the library, giving kids and families an opportunity to ring in the new year. The event, first held in 2019, was cancelled last year due to pandemic concerns but returned as an even bigger event this year with the addition of a balloon drop at high noon.
