WILLIAMSBURG — The Lady Spartans improved to 3-0 with a 65-41 WaMaC East vs. WaMaC West win over Williamsburg Friday, Dec. 2 on the Raider’s hardwood.
Solon won the first period 20-14 and held Williamsburg to four points in the second for a 39-18 halftime lead. A 17-point effort led to a 56-30 advantage at the end of the third period.
Callie Levin led Solon with 23 points, Hailey Miller produced 12, Kobi Lietz had an 11-point night with a trio of three-point baskets while Mia Stahle and Hilary Wilson put up eight points apiece. Wilson led on the boards with ten rebounds, Lietz pulled down nine, levin had four, Miller made three, Delainey Durr had two, and Stahle came up with one.
Center Point-Urbana visits Friday, Dec. 9 with the JV playing at 5:30 p.m. and the varsity to follow at 7:00. The ladies travel to Clear Creek Amana in Tiffin Tuesday, Dec. 13 with the JV tipping off at 6:00 p.m. and a 7:15 varsity start.
