New and existing Solon business owners are offering special incentives to those who visit and shop the local establishments of Solon on Saturday, December 3 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Patrons can pick up a punch card at any of the ten stops and receive a stamp at each of the participating businesses (no purchase necessary). All returned punch cards will be entered to win a holiday gift basket containing products from each business.
This event coincides with the seventh annual Christmas Tree Walk taking place at the Family Life Center from 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Christmas trees will be on display as well as a craft and bake sale. Homemade chicken & noodles, church burgers and desserts will be available for lunch from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Santa will be present 12:30 p.m.-2:30 p.m. The Family Life Center will also host the Solon Area Artists Market and the Solon Public Library Foundation’s Luminary sale. The Scouts BSA Troop 120 will have fresh holiday greenery outside the front door from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Items for the Solon Food Pantry will be accepted inside.
The Solon Public Library will also be hosting their annual puzzle sale from 8am to noon in the public meeting room.
