DUBUQUE — Loras College has announced Chloe M. Thole and Emma L. Winders are among the 2021-2022 graduates. Thole, from North Liberty and a graduate of Solon High School, was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology. Winders, also a Solon High School graduate, received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work.
