Solon — Once again the Beef Days Hay Bale Toss was won by a University of Iowa Hawkeye football player as Gennings Dunker heaved bales to victory. Dunker, a 6’-5,” 316-pound red shirt freshman (last season) from Lena, Illinois cleared a pole vault bar set to 12’-6” during the 20th annual event, which has become one of the premiere events of Beef Days, which celebrated its 49th year.
