WEST DES MOINES — The Iowa Automobile Dealers Foundation for Education awarded 25 $2,500 scholarships to college-bound students entering the automotive field as part of its ongoing efforts to support automotive education in the state of Iowa. The scholarships were awarded to students who showed commitment to pursuing a career in the automotive industry.
Among the awardees of a General Scholarship is Nathan Miller of Solon, who will be attending Kirkwood Community College.
The Iowa Automobile Dealers Foundation for Education is a non-profit entity established in 1995 by the Iowa Automobile Dealers Association. The IAD Foundation’s mission is to support educational, research and charitable activities that positively impact the automotive industry.
