SOLON — The Lady Spartans finished third in their final home triangular golf meet of the season Thursday, May 5 at Saddleback. West Delaware won with 174 followed by Williamsburg (180), and Solon (185). Williamsburg’s Teagan Schaefer and Jaisel Bott were medalist and runner-up with 40 and 42 (by countback) respectively.
Taylor Dee again led Solon, carding 44. Camryn Keith shot 45, Sydnee Dee had 47, Rylie Greazel and Peyton Pentico carded 49, and Izzy Messenger had 51.
Williamsburg and Solon’s JV squads tied at 219 while West Delaware fielded three golfers (no team score). Solon’s Madison Craig shot 51, Grace Erwin had 52, Brynn Deike shot 55, and Keira Gogel had 61 after nine holes.
