Saddleback Ridge Golf Course is the new home of the Lady Spartans. On Tuesday, April 19, the ladies hosted their first meet, a triangular with Clear Creek Amana (CCA) and Independence. Solon won with 184, the Clippers were second (190) and Indee’s Mustangs finished third (246).
Taylor Dee led Solon with 42, Lilly Houtakker carded 46, Camryn Keith and Rylie Greazel had 48, Lauren Roskopf shot 52 and Izzy Messenger had 57. Dee was the runner up medalist after a card back with CCA’s Meg Berkland.
Benton Community and South Tama visit at 4 p.m. on Thursday, April 28, the Maquoketa Country Club hosts the WaMaC Divisional on Monday, May 2, at 4 p.m. and West Delaware and Williamsburg visit on Thursday, May 5, at 4 p.m.
