Saddleback Ridge Golf Course will soon be neighbors to the Saddleback Estates Development.
Some information about the proposed annexation hasn’t been solidified yet. For example, it is unclear if there will be demographic requirements in the development. There are no specific age requirements for the properties right now, but marketing the area as a 55-plus retirement community is still up in the air.

As the town continues to grow, Mayor Steve Stange assured new construction can be addressed and proposed as needed.
