Solon youth enjoyed a bike ride Saturday, Oct. 23 around the Solon Recreation and Nature Area. The group decorated their bikes then enjoyed a Saturday ride along the trails. The Solon Centennial Lions organized the Bicycle Parade and brought materials for decorating bikes. Sugar Bottom Bikes offered safety checks. Among those taking part was Charlie Hiatt, who runs a program to give away bikes and encourage bicycle safety.
