Cody Milliman lets fly with a newspaper delivery, one of many skill tests administered by members of the Optimist Club of Solon Saturday morning during their annual Summer Bike Rodeo. The rodeo includes five contests which are aimed at helping preschool and elementary aged kids master skills which will help keep them safe on the road with their bicycles.
