IOWA CITY– With the Tuesday, Nov. 3, General Election less than two weeks away, the Johnson County Auditor’s Office encourages voters to cast ballots as soon as possible to alleviate potential lines and crowding both on Election Day and the day before.
The auditor’s office has historically seen a massive influx of in-person absentee voters the day before the election; more than 1,700 voters cast ballots in person at the Johnson County Administration Building the day before the 2016 General Election.
